Job Purpose
The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across Astound Digital. This role will focus on analyzing designing and optimizing business processes to enable efficiency scalability and alignment with strategic goals. The Senior Analyst will collaborate across business units lead workshops with stakeholders and provide thought leadership on best practices in process management.
In this role you will get to
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture business requirements pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Map analyze and design / redesign business processes to align organizational strategy compliance requirements and best practices.
- Define business requirements and functional specifications for technology solutions that support process improvements and automation.
- Act as a bridge between business teams technology teams and leadership to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation (SOPs policies process manuals) in line with governance requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed process changes into daily operations and drive adoption.
- Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge of methodologies tools and standards.
- Contribute to governance frameworks for process management ensuring compliance with documentation standards and monitoring process KPIs.
- Identify automation and digitization opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Provide post-implementation support for released solutions initiatives and processes acting as the primary point of contact for process-related inquiries within assigned projects.
Your skills and qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business process analysis business transformation or related roles.Strong business acumen and good understanding of core enterprise processes (O2C R2R H2R).Proven ability to work independently on complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives taking ownership of deliverables and driving outcomes with limited guidance.Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies and process optimization techniques.Proficiency with process modeling and collaboration tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart BPMN Jira Confluence).Familiarity with using Salesforce products.Experience writing business and functional requirements for system enhancements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexity into actionable solutions.Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills across all levels of the organization.Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.What we offer in return
