About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Operations & Quality Vetting) to join our growing team. The role involves analyzing, validating, and improving operational processes related to freelancer vetting, service approvals, and quality assurance. You will ensure that all submitted data, documents, and services meet internal standards and maintain a high level of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Vetting : Review and validate freelancer data, documents, and profiles against defined quality and compliance standards.
  • Intro Video Evaluation : Assess intro videos for alignment with content, presentation, and platform requirements.
  • Notable Client Validation : Verify authenticity of clients and projects listed by freelancers.
  • Gig Approval : Approve or reject services based on pre-defined operational and quality guidelines.
  • Pro Updated Gigs : Review corrected or resubmitted gigs; ensure compliance with standards and consistency across revisions.
  • External Review Validation : Evaluate and confirm authenticity of external client reviews.
  • Gig Conversion : Identify and correct gigs placed in incorrect categories to maintain data accuracy.
  • Agency Vetting & Moderation : Vet agency applications and oversee moderation processes to ensure compliance with operational policies.
  • Pro Inbox (Zendesk) : Collaborate with the support team to handle quality assurance and escalation tasks via Zendesk or similar systems.
  • Process Optimization : Identify workflow gaps, suggest improvements, and define KPIs for operational excellence.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Create periodic reports on task performance, accuracy, and quality metrics; provide insights for process enhancement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, quality assurance, or data / process analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and KPI-driven performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with reporting or BI tools.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, CRM tools, or task management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
