DigiHelic Solutions - IT Business Analyst - End User Application & Authentication

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to end-user applications and authentication solutions.
• Manage authentication tools and technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions to improve authentication and application access efficiency.
• Lead the planning and implementation of application updates and patches.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with authentication and identity access management policies.
• Provide L2 / L3 support for authentication issues and application access problems.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality before deployment.
• Maintain documentation, process flows, and training materials for end-user application use and access.
• Participate in ITIL-based service delivery and incident / change / problem management Skills Required :
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SSO, and MFA solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Duo).
• Proficient in troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications like Office 365, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for documentation and ticket tracking.
• Working knowledge of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Basic understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
