We are expanding our outreach team and looking for passionate telecallers who can engage with students, guide them on course options, and support their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce our education services.
- Answer inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services.
- Follow up with leads, maintain call logs, and update CRM records.
- Guide students through the admission process and connect them with counsellors.
- Meet weekly / monthly targets for lead conversions.
