Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Telesales Specialist at Policy Insure. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, offering product information, and closing sales over the phone. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining customer records. The role involves working closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to effectively engage and train customers
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Proven experience in a telesales or related role is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
