Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to interact with customers registered on our online portal, understand their business requirements, and promote key portal features to help them make the most of our platform. This is an Inside sales job, where you need to engage our customers using phone, email and whatsapp.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.
  • Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
  • Convince customers to complete the sale / subscription process.
  • Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
  • Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages a plus).
  • Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, or SaaS sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
