• who can collaborate closely with U.S.-based clients, understand their hiring needs, and identify top technical talent for specialized engineering and manufacturing roles. What You’ll Do :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. medical / pharma clients and technical recruiters.
• Understand client technical needs, compliance standards, and FDA / ISO / GMP requirements.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering roles.
• Manage bench candidate training programs and monitor their readiness for deployment.
• Track submissions, requisitions, and ensure timely profile delivery to clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates. Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related field preferred).
• 3–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and / or manufacturing or quality engineering within
• Medical Device or Pharma
• sectors.
• Strong understanding of
• FDA, ISO 13485, GMP
• , and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in
• MS Office, ATS, and recruitment databases
