Role Summary : We are seeking experienced and energetic Executives to support lead generation and pre-lead qualification efforts for both India and SEA markets. The role includes managing inbound / outbound leads, validating prospects, maintaining CRM data, and reporting, all aligned to regional business hours.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients based on shift allocation (India or SEA)Handle toll-free inbound leads and respond with timely follow-upsGenerate and qualify leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreachPerform pre-lead validation through online research using Google, LinkedIn, and company websitesMaintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Prepare and share daily / weekly lead and follow-up reportsCollaborate with sales teams (India / SEA) for lead handovers and progress updatesTrack market hiring trends and pitch foundit's recruitment solutions effectivelyRequirements :
Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling or lead generation (domestic or international)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM handlingStrong internet research and lead analysis abilitiesComfortable working fixed shift hours and regional holiday schedulesExperience with Salesforce is a strong advantageHyderabad-based candidates preferredWhy Join foundit
