We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HOD Operations (Destination Design) to lead and grow our FIT and Group Travel business across the assigned geography. If you are passionate about travel, client relationship management, and driving operational excellence, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and budget targets.

Develop strong relationships with hashtag#FrontlineTour Operators (FTOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs) to maximize revenue and profitability.

Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and past performance to innovate and design compelling travel itineraries and programs.

Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing processes, managing supplier / vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Drive product development focused on creativity, unique experiences, and customer preferences.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering cohesiveness, professional growth, and accountability.

Monitor financial metrics including revenue targets, GOP, cost control, and ensure minimal operational losses.

Maintain strict compliance with company quality standards, guidelines, and software utilization.

Manage smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners to support flawless program execution.

What We Expect

Proven experience in operations leadership within the travel and tourism sector, especially FIT or group travel.

Strong business acumen with ability to drive profitability and client retention.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with FTOs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
