Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for managing guided tours, consulting clients on their travel plans, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with travelers to understand and fulfill their needs. The Tour Consultant will also design and organize travel itineraries, coordinate with service providers, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outbound Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Hands-on experience (2-years) in travel and holiday consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, India
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• A degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus
