Sitecore Consultant -.Net Framework

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Consultant with a strong background in Sitecore development and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sitecore XP / XM 10.x, .NET technologies, and cloud-based deployment on Azure.

You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performing digital platforms while ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Sitecore implementations including solution design, development, integration, and deployment.
• Architect and configure Sitecore XP / XM 10.x features, personalization, content authoring, and marketing automation.
• Develop custom modules, pipelines, workflows, and extensions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Sitecore APIs.
• Implement Azure-based Sitecore hosting and deployment architectures, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Integrate Sitecore with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and APIs for seamless digital experiences.
• Optimize Sitecore performance, caching, indexing (Solr / ElasticSearch), and scalability.
• Leverage Sitecore AI, personalization, and search capabilities to deliver data-driven user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Sitecore Helix & Habitat principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business Technical Skills :
• 8- 10 years of Sitecore development experience with at least 3+ years on Sitecore 10.x (XP / XM).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Experience Manager (XM), and Sitecore Headless Services (JSS, SXA, Horizon Editor).
• Valid Sitecore Developer Certification is required.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Application Insights, DevOps CI / CD pipelines).
• Experience with Sitecore personalization, A / B testing, xDB, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Proficiency in search engines integration (Solr, Coveo, ElasticSearch).
• Strong understanding of Sitecore deployment topologies, scalability, and security models.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular is a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Git-based source control
