Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

  • Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure web applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and related technologies.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Make key decisions in architecture and technical strategy aligned with business goals.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and promoting best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI / UX, Product Management, and
  • Drive delivery excellence by ensuring high-quality code, on-time delivery, and adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into detailed software designs and implementation plans.
  • Own and drive the resolution of technical issues and blockers during development.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure technical

    • feasibility and alignment.

  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user manuals where required.
  • Present solutions to technical and non-technical Skills Required :
  • Core Technologies
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5 / 6 / 7
  • Proficient in ASP.NET MVC / Web API / RESTful services
  • Solid understanding of Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, performance tuning
  • Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
