Key Responsibilities :

• Staffing : Strong knowledge of contract and full-time (FTE) staffing processes.
• Boolean Search : Hands-on experience creating and using Boolean strings for IT roles.
• Job Boards : Practical, real-time experience using major job boards such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn RPS (not just basic or generic search familiarity).

Candidate Screening : Ability to screen candidates based on :
