Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or IT Project Manager, preferably in jewelry or manufacturing. Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and production systems. Hands-on experience with EMR (Jewelry ERP), SharePoint, and web technologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

- Manage EMR (Jewelry ERP), web applications, and SharePoint systems.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and compliance standards.
