IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
• Liaise with hiring managers to deeply understand technical hiring requirements.
• Write and post targeted technical job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using job sites, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.
• Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), including technical and behavioural assessments.
• Build and maintain a solid candidate database and ensure all data is updated in ATS or CRM systems.
• Conduct market research on competitive landscape, salary benchmarks, and industry demands.
• Participate in tech conferences and networking events to expand candidate and client pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain positive candidate and stakeholder relationships for future hiring needs.
