Anand Rathi Share and Stock Broking Ltd is hiring an HR Executive to manage Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Compliance for our Nagpur location . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people processes and supporting the growth of the organization.

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

• Source, screen, and recruit talent to meet manpower requirements
• Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and support final selection process
• Oversee onboarding formalities document collection, induction, system setup, and smooth integration of new hires
