Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our organization as an Employee Engagement Specialist (Employee Connect / Employee Welfare). In this role, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, improving employee satisfaction and productivity and leading engagement initiatives across all departments. You will work closely with HR, management and various teams to design and implement strategies that promote a culture of inclusion and active employee engagement.
Responsibilities Overview :
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that align with the company’s mission, values and organizational goals.
Plan, organize and facilitate internal events, workshops and team-building activities to foster collaboration.
Conduct regular employee surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels, identify improvement opportunities and gauge employee sentiment.
Collaborate closely with HR and management to address employee concerns, enhance workplace policies and support a positive work environment.
Lead internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed about company updates, editorial achievements and industry developments.
Design and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce a culture of appreciation.
Monitor, analyze and report on employee engagement metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement efforts.
Support onboarding and training processes to ensure seamless integration and engagement of new hires.
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a culture of transparency, openness and inclusivity throughout the organization.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team leaders on effective employee engagement practices.
Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, advocating for employee needs and fostering two-way communication.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with diverse teams across all organizational levels.
Proficient in utilizing employee engagement platforms and communication tools to enhance workforce connectivity.
Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, human resources and organizational development.
Strong organizational and event planning capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
Masters degree in HR will be given preference.
In-depth knowledge of employee engagement principles, strategies and industry best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
