Director of Business Development

We are looking for a visionary Director of Business Development to lead and drive our business growth strategy in the B2 B and B2 B2 C domain. The role will focus on expanding market presence, forging strategic partnerships, creating new revenue streams, and scaling high-impact client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and execution capability to transform market opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Growth & Business Expansion

  • Develop and execute the overall business development strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and partnership models in B2 B and B2 B2 C.
  • Define clear growth targets and actionable plans for business expansion.

2. Partnerships & Client Acquisition

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Pitch and negotiate service agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead presentations, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
  • 3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine service offerings and improve value propositions.
  • 4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and service delivery.
  • Work closely with C-level management to report progress, insights, and market challenges.
  • 5. Revenue & Target Management

  • Set, monitor, and achieve business development targets (leads, conversions, revenue growth).
  • Ensure sustainable business development aligned with company goals.
  • Key Requirements :

  • 14+ years of progressive experience in Business Development / Sales leadership roles, especially in B2 B and B2 B2 C domains.
  • Proven track record of leading business growth, successfully acquiring and managing large accounts, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, business models, and customer needs in sectors such as Corporate Services, F&B, Saa S, Retail, or Institutional Solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities and experience in managing P&L.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with large corporates, institutions, or co-working spaces.
  • Familiarity with Saa S or tech-driven solutions for cafeteria or food service management.
