Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager with 12+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of proven leadership managing high-performing sales teams of 25–30 members . The ideal candidate will drive business growth across UAE and GCC countries , developing market strategies, expanding client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team of 25–30 members to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans for UAE & GCC markets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts across the region.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance appraisals to enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE & GCC sales regulations, pricing structures, and business standards .
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on market status, sales performance, and growth opportunities .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of total sales experience , with at least 5+ years in a leadership / managerial role .
  • Proven ability to manage large sales teams (25–30 members) and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC markets , including customer behavior and business culture.
  • Exceptional negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship-building skills .
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting abilities .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets in a competitive market.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Experience in [specific industry – e.g., IT solutions, FMCG, Real Estate, Retail, B2B / B2C] sales across GCC countries.
  • Exposure to cross-cultural team management and international client engagement .
