Key Skills & Responsibilities QA Strategy & Lifecycle Management

Owns the complete QA lifecycle including test strategy development, test planning, execution oversight, and defect management.

• Defines and enforces standardized QA processes, templates, entry / exit criteria, and best practices across projects.
• Ensures traceability from requirements to test cases and compliance with key quality metrics like test coverage, defect leakage, and test efficiency.
• Drives continuous process improvements through retrospectives, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

Develops and maintains QA dashboards and executive summaries using Jira, Excel, Grafana
