SAP Test Program Manager - ECC / S / 4 HANA Modules

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end SAP testing programs across diverse modules and landscapes.
• Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor test teams, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and risk mitigation.
• Oversee defect management, reporting, and resolution processes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate test progress, risks, and issues effectively to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.
