Role Overview
Individual will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end testing function across multiple projects and clients. This role requires strong leadership, delivery excellence, customer engagement, and stakeholder management. The individual should have experience in managing large testing programs, driving innovation, ensuring quality, and aligning testing strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and own the overall test delivery across multiple clients / projects.
- Define and implement test strategy, governance, and processes aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee large-scale test programs including functional, automation, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with clients, delivery managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, automation adoption, and innovative testing approaches.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure quality and delivery efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing test teams across geographies.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution design, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI / CD), and tools.
- Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in test delivery leadership.Proven experience managing large-scale testing engagements with distributed teams.Strong knowledge of manual, automation, performance, and security testing.Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD methodologies.Hands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies.Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Ability to drive transformation initiatives in testing, including AI / ML-driven test automation.Strong people leadership skills with experience managing multiple large accounts.(ref : iimjobs.com)
