We are seeking a DGM / GM (Primary) - Prop Tech Industry to drive sales growth, manage high-value client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations, and maximizing market penetration and profitability. You will leverage your expertise in sales leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making to achieve revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation.
- Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management : Lead and mentor a team of sales managers, executives, and relationship officers. Set performance benchmarks, track progress, and foster a high-performance sales culture through training and motivational initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management & Deal Closure : Oversee all client interactions, negotiations, and sales closures for high-value deals. Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sales service, addressing grievances and driving satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence : Conduct market analysis to identify potential locations and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for new project launches and sales strategies.
- Reporting & Sales Process Optimization : Track key sales metrics, generate revenue reports, and present findings to senior management. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce the sales cycle time.
- Broker & Channel Partner Management : Manage and work effectively with the broker and channel partner network to achieve business goals.
Skills Required :
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, demonstrating excellent business acumen.Expertise in negotiation and deal closure for high-value real estate transactions.Proven experience in broker and channel partner management .Ability to manage and retain high-value clients, with a focus on customer relationship management.Proficiency in CRM tools , sales analytics, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills and market adaptability to navigate challenges.QUALIFICATION :
A bachelor's or master's degree, with a preference for a background in Commerce+MBA or Engineering+MBA .Skills Required
