Job Description

Role purpose :

Business Analysis role will fulfil a key position within the transformation team, reporting into the Transformation Lead. The role holder will drive productivity and operational excellence analytics for transformation projects identified.

This will require the entire end to end process chain as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. To perform the role well, this would require stakeholder engagement within and outside VOIS. This role will also closely work with service tower leads to drive insight through Key Operational Excellence metrics

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Solving business problems through data door diagnostics
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence and manage relationships with stake holders
