Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 4-5 years of hands-on experience

to analyze business data and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal

candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI,

Tableau), and a proven track record of turning raw data into valuable business insights. You will

work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify trends, opportunities, and

solutions that align with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and

opportunities for growth.

Create and maintain detailed dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools

like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Develop and manage SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases,

ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, and

product teams, to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Provide detailed recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making

processes.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance

and suggest improvements.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in reporting and data management

processes.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve

data analytics processes.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a

related field.

Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a business analytics role, with proven

expertise in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in data querying using SQL, advanced Excel skills

(e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis), and experience creating dashboards and

visualizations.

Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze and interpret data to uncover insights that inform

strategic business decisions.

Problem-Solving : Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex

problems and present solutions in a clear and actionable manner.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to

translate complex data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses

and reports.
