HR Executive

Educational Qualification : Graduate or above

Experience Required : Recruitment experience in service industries preferred

Role Responsibilities :

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination
• Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
• Coordinate with internal departments or clients regarding hiring needs
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
