Educational Qualification : Graduate or above
Experience Required : Recruitment experience in service industries preferred
Role Responsibilities :
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination
- Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
- Coordinate with internal departments or clients regarding hiring needs
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
