KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning & Execution
Provide direct advisory support to CEO on key strategic and tactical decisionsWork closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic visionConduct comprehensive research and prepare executive briefing materials for critical business decisionsAnticipate firm needs and remove obstacles to executive productivity and effectivenessIdentify opportunities for growth and improvement across the organizationCross-Functional Responsibilities
Take ownership of cross-functional projectsUnderstand inter-department needs and proactively resolve blockersDesign forums to drive cross-functional initiatives and effective decision makingProject Management
Design and implement company-wide OKR framework ensuring alignment across all business verticalsTrack progress and provide regular performance updates to executive leadershipDevelop executive dashboards for monitoring critical business metrics and key performance indicatorsEnsure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departmentsOrganizational Development
Lead organizational structure planning to support growth objectivesIdentify critical hiring needs based on business priorities and support hiring processHelp craft the company’s narrative and communication across all internal and external stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS :
Education & Professional Qualifications
5-10 years professional experience with minimum 2-3 years in strategic roles at management consulting firms and Series A-C startups in a Founder’s office roleBachelor's degree from Tier-1 Indian institutionMBA from premier institution strongly preferredCore Technical Competencies
