• Provide month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds, and handling fees.
• Ensure Timely and accurate completion of reports / requests for each region.
• Measure and Monitor KPI and SLAs.
• Supervise a team of 10-15 associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Monitor team and individual performance based on their targets.
• Evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs.
• Provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers.
• Ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented.
• Support various ad-hoc requests from Divisional partners.
• Monthly / Quarterly risk reviews with Divisional partners.
• Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of processes, systems, and practices.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Enhance existing and develop new tools, reporting, KPIs and processes to provide insightful analytics and optimize departments Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in finance or related field and significant work experience.
• 8 Years of business-related experience with significant experience in shared services or similar setup.
• Experience in managing >5 direct reports / teams.
• Onboard new team members on processes systems, tools, and operational best practices.
• Hands on experience working in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Must be adaptable to support global business operations across time Qualifications
• 8-10 years of total professional experience.
• 3-5 years in customer service, finance, supply chain operations, or technical support.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate staff, and build a teamwork environment.
• Prior experience of being part of Transitions preferred.
• Six Sigma Projects , process improvements exposure.
