• 60;Responsibilities : Deliver digital solutions, comprising both platform SaaS licensing and elements of custom development, to clients in telecoms, media, and technology (TMT) sectors. 60; Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. 60; Work with LotusFlare’s product and engineering teams and externally with customer technical teams to propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployment. 60; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 60; Coordinate with 3rd parties who may be involved in a solution delivery. 60; Drive project execution technical track; track delivery, take ownership of change management, proactively seek and resolve blockers. 60; Manage testing, production releases, and project handover to customer support and operational teams. 60; Act as a key interface between the customer and the LotusFlare organization including product, sales, engineering, support, and business. 60; Support project management activities, ensuring issues are documented and addressed. 60; Be a part of a Global Delivery Team, share experiences and develop the project management discipline : simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas. 60; Aid in product design and product development. 60; Build a team and lead a team of client engagement managers serving our clients. 60; Requirements : Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA is preferred. 60; 5+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software, or startups. 60; Deep expertise in industries such as mobile and fixed telecommunications, media and technology. 60; Experience in managing engagement and projects with Mobile Operators related to digital initiatives including Business Support System (BSS) digitization is a plus.

Functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, project management, and product management. 60; Proven track record of performance leading delivery of complex digital solutions, on time and within budget. 60; Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

Able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs. 60; Demonstrated leadership ability in an international team environment. 60; Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and a quick learner. 60; Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills 60; Willingness and ability to travel 60; 60;Perks Competitive salary package.
