Requirements :
- Min. Graduation or equivalent. Preference to Candidates with a MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Pigment / Bulk Chemicals / Dyes / Intermediates industry.
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development.
- Confident personality, Proactive attitude, decisive decision-making skills, and a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be aggressive, proactive, and target-driven.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and source projects.
- Must be a team player, disciplined, and focused.
Role & Responsibilities :
Product Responsibility :
Responsible for driving sales of AZO Pigments from our upcoming plant.Business Development :
Extensive travel to meet overseas clients and generate new business opportunities.Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to support overall business growth.Capture new markets through effective sales initiatives and retain existing market share through strong relationships and service excellence.Sales Operations & Distribution :
Develop, monitor, and manage the distribution network.Oversee sales team activities to ensure achievement of sales targets.Forecast sales, analyse market trends, and prepare performance reports.Study competitor strategies and identify market opportunities.Customer Relationship Management :
Build long-term customer relationships through consistent communication.Develop customer retention programs.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Create innovative approaches to attract and acquire customers.Support Functions :
Assist accounts receivable teams to meet collection targets.Prepare annual plans, financial reports, and other documents for management review.Provide guidance on product development and contribute to marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and corporate programs.Remuneration :
As per Industry standards depending on skills & experience in the relevant domain.
