About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, driven, and technically strong HVAC sales professionals with proven experience in product sales within the Commercial Building segment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with pumps, valves, chillers , and a strong existing network of HVAC & MEP consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders .
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for HVAC products such as pumps, valves, chillers , and related systems.
Build and nurture relationships with contractors, consultants, and key influencers .
Identify new business opportunities within the commercial building ecosystem .
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
Collaborate with internal technical & operations teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications Required
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Strong technical understanding of Pumps, Valves, Chillers, and HVAC systems .
Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in HVAC ( Commercial Building Segment) product sales only need to apply
Proven exposure in the Commercial Building / HVAC–MEP industry .
Established network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in the Mumbai & West region.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with client-facing roles.
