Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly order / shipments targets and quarterly opportunity pipeline goals.
- Drive sales growth across industry verticals and increase market share in your territory.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve annual booking and sales targets.
- Promote value selling and value communication at key accounts.
- Implement price increases across products and customers to improve margins.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.Understand customer requirements and offer correct product / technology solutions.Prepare and submit timely technical and commercial proposals.Conduct regular follow-ups to close orders.Coordination & Reporting
Serve as a single point of contact for customer coordination.Maintain sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, CRM updates).Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.Ensure timely payment collection from customers.Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the territory.Skills Required
