Role & responsibilities
- Digital Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy for O&M offerings tailored to the power sector.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development : Use digital tools, platforms, and campaigns to generate qualified leads for O&M services across Medium and Large Power Plants.
- Client Engagement : Engage with CXO-level clients and plant heads to pitch digital-enabled O&M solutions, conduct technical discussions, and customize offerings.
- Push Product Sales : Hands on experience and leverage deep understanding of push-based product sales, managing full sales cycle to proactively promote offerings, drive conversions, and shorten sales cycles.
- Proposal Management : Work closely with technical and commercial teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and presentations.
- Market Intelligence : Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to refine digital offerings and position them effectively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution.
- CRM & Digital Tools : Manage and update CRM systems, ensure data integrity, and extract insights to guide decision-making.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in push-based product environments.Strong understanding of power plant operations, digital tools for O&M, and industrial automation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing basics, and virtual selling.Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
