Job Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the company's employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR department for any changes impacting payroll.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Handle queries and complaints regarding payroll from employees and upper management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Associate should have :

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical skills and data entry experience.
• Understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
