Role : Kronos Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant to provide expert-level application support and configuration for enterprise-wide workforce management systems. The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of Kronos modules, payroll processes, and integrations with HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end application support for global stakeholders, ensuring smooth functioning of Kronos applications.
- Configure and maintain time & attendance, payroll rules, accruals, schedules, and employee master records.
Manage :
Employee Maintenance : User profile creation, modification, and termination.Profiles / Policies : Timesheets, accruals, pay periods, schedules, holiday calendars, security roles, and compliance rules.Global Setup : Company setup, cost centers, notifications, workflows, and groups.Configure and support WFR Middleware devices, payroll exports / imports, reports, pay calculations, and voucher codes.Integrate Kronos with SAP / SuccessFactors using REST APIs, ensuring data accuracy across systems.Troubleshoot application issues, analyze system errors, and provide root cause analysis (RCA) with long-term fixes.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for gathering requirements and implementing new features.Required Skills :
Hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Management.Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor compliance, and workforce scheduling.Integration experience with SAP / SuccessFactors.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
