Your Role :
Oversee the entire regional sales function and performance.
Hire, manage and mentor
Business Development Managers
and their field teams.
Drive revenue growth through structured expansion and data-driven sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional goals.
You Are :
A results-oriented professional with
5+ years of sales leadership experience
(FMCG, insurance, or retail preferred).
Skilled in
team building, target achievement, and market development .
Based in Kerala and fluent in English & Malayalam.
