Role Overview :
We are looking for a passionate
Sales Officer
to drive sales for our
pesticide-free product range under DeHaat Honest Farms . The ideal candidate will expand our retail footprint, onboard new distributors, and ensure strong sales performance across markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve annual
primary and secondary sales targets .
Identify, onboard, and nurture new
distributors and retailers .
Ensure
timely processing of claims ,
NOCs , and
accurate SFA reporting .
Manage
inventory levels ,
market outstandings , and
overdue payments .
Drive
promoter performance , reduce attrition, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute
consumer engagement activities
and market expansion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience : 3–5 years |
General Trade .
Skills :
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and data interpretation.
Strong understanding of
FMCG distributor networks
and market trends.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
