Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Gurgaon. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating with teams to ensure timely deliveries, optimizing supply chain processes, maintaining quality standards, and resolving operational challenges. The role requires consistent liaison between internal teams and external partners to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in logistics operations, supply chain management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in communication, coordination, and team collaboration
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and maintain operational efficiency
• Experience in Cold Chain logistics or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in tools and software for logistics and supply chain management is advantageous
