The Basics

Working Days : Monday-Saturday (We offer significant working hour flexibility, see Work Culture section for more details)

CTC : 7.5L per year

Criteria :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing / social media / content experience
• Mumbai based (we will not provide financial assistance for relocation)
• Open to a full-time, in-office role
• Experience with beauty brands OR passion for Skincare / Beauty is a bonus

Raindus Beauty Care (no, this is not the brand name, just our holding company!) is in the business of building Personal Care for India. Founded by an ex-Nykaa Brand Manager, we’re building Body Care for smart Indian consumers.

What stage is our business at?

We’ve spent the last 12 months doing market + consumer research and are deep in the R&D process for our first launch. We’re prioritizing a slower, more data-driven approach to building our brand and are looking for team members that share these values.
