Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective Ultra HNI clients and provide exceptional, consultative service.
• Conduct property tours and present Isprava villas, explaining every feature, customisation possibility, and brand value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and lifestyle aspirations.
• Handle all pre-sale and post-sale client interactions, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to align customization requests with feasibility.
• Stay updated on project timelines, pricing, availability, and features to communicate with precision.
• Represent Isprava at luxury events, private previews, and client meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure all client queries are handled efficiently.

Desired Skills & Experience

knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
