Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts & Purchase Intern to support our finance and procurement operations. This internship is ideal for any bachelor’s degree candidate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, purchasing, and vendor coordination within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
- Support vendor communication, quotation comparison, and basic negotiation follow-ups.
- Help update and organize accounts and procurement data in Tally and Excel.
- Track material deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchases and financial transactions.
- Provide general support to the Accounts and Procurement teams as needed.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, Supply Chain management, Engineering or any related field.Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.Proficient in MS Excel ; familiarity with Tally or ERP systems is an advantage.Good communication and organizational skills.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally if required.Benefits

1+ year experience in procurement / purchasing (solar, electrical, or construction sectors preferred). - B.Com, BCA, or Diploma / Degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems (Tally preferred). - Good communication in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred). - Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.
