Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive Procurement Associate to support our growing projects. This role is perfect for someone with 1+ year experience in procurement or purchasing who wants to contribute to Goa’s clean energy revolution.
Responsibilities :
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for solar and electrical materials.
- Compare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure quality compliance and timely availability of materials.
- Assist senior team members and support warehouse activities when needed.
Requirements
1+ year experience in procurement / purchasing (solar, electrical, or construction sectors preferred).B.Com, BCA, or Diploma / Degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.Strong negotiation, vendor management , and analytical skills.Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems (Tally preferred).Good communication in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred).Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel lo cally.Benefits
