We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist & SEO to manage organic and paid strategies for both in-house and client projects, focusing on delivering ROI and growth.
Role Overview :
As a Google Ads Specialist & SEO , you will be responsible for increasing online visibility through search engine optimization and paid ad campaigns. You should have a strong grasp of SEO best practices, paid search advertising, and client communication — especially for U.S.-based clients .
Key Responsibilities : Meta Ads
- Campaign Management : Plan, set up, and manage Meta ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve client objectives.
- Budget Management : Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Ad Optimization : Develop and implement strategies to optimize ad performance, including A / B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure campaign success.
- Reporting : Create detailed, client-facing reports that highlight campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to craft data-driven strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.
- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of Meta's advertising tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management : Manage budgets of up to $50,000 across multiple client campaigns from the U.S.
Google Ads (PPC) Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and test creatives to improve performance.Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and optimize bids based on goals (CPA, ROAS).Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.Create custom reports and dashboards to track paid campaign effectiveness.Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct full-site technical SEO audits and implement fixes (indexing issues, crawl errors, speed, mobile-friendliness).Develop and execute keyword strategies through in-depth research and competitor analysis.Optimize on-page elements : meta tags, headers, URL structure, alt text, and schema markup.Write and review SEO-friendly content : blogs, landing pages, product descriptions.Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior using Google Search Console and Analytics.Identify and address content gaps and outdated pages.Client Handling (U.S. Focus)
Communicate with U.S.-based clients to gather briefs, provide updates, and deliver performance reports.Understand the business goals and audience of international clients to align strategies accordingly.Present SEO and PPC findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on KPIs across both SEO and PPC campaigns.Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads dashboard.Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.Continuous Learning
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and advertising platform updates.Experiment with new strategies, formats, and automation tools in both SEO and PPC.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in both SEO, Meta Ads and Google Ads .Proven experience managing international clients, especially from the USA .Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush / Ahrefs.Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Skills Required
