Key Responsibilities :
- Close deals and pitch paid memberships to global and late-night members.
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.
- Thrive in a target-oriented, high-energy night shift environment while maintaining service excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1–4 years of experience in BPO customer service, voice processing, outbound calling, or related fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus for NRI / international calls.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle escalations professionally.High energy, self-motivated, and target-focused.Skills Required
