Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager based in Hyderabad. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development and execution of quality assurance strategies, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and guide teams to maintain high-quality operations.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address defects, deviations, or inconsistencies. Also implement and monitor preventative measures to minimize future issues.
• Collaborate with various departments like production and engineering to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle .
• Ensure incoming materials, in-process products, finished goods, and components meet specified quality standards and specifications .
• Audit processes, identifying areas for improvement, collaborate with cross-functionally, and provide leadership on quality-related initiatives.
• Ensuring our products not only meet standards but that the systems behind them are solid too
• Ensure quality data and findings are accurately documented using appropriate tools and systems, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Review, refine and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), Process flow diagrams, FMEA, Quality checklist, and Inspection reports.
• Support periodic audits and client visits , showcasing product quality and process discipline.
