Lead-Quality assurance

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to backfill a critical role. This role will be responsible for leading multiple strategic initiatives across Life, Annuities, DI and other product lines, including new product launches, product enhancements, and migration programs. The QA Lead will ensure day-to-day test planning, stakeholder management, and smooth execution of testing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for critical projects, including migrations, new product launches, and enhancements across life, annuities, and DI domains.
• Own and drive end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting for assigned projects.
• Manage day-to-day QA operations including resource planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
• Provide guidance and hand-holding to Test Managers managing different project streams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting test schedules; propose and drive mitigations.
• Ensure QA processes, governance, and quality standards are consistently followed across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing practices and team efficiency.
