Job Description & Summary
At PwC our people in project portfolio management focus on optimising project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. These individuals oversee project selection prioritisation and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery.
In agile and scrum management at PwC you will focus on implementing and optimising agile methodologies and scrum frameworks to drive efficient project delivery and collaboration. You will be coaching teams facilitating agile ceremonies and enabling continuous improvement in project management practices.
Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will enable teams to deliver quality software through focus collaboration and continuous improvement. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role empowers you to cultivate a culture of excellence in Agile practices driving impactful delivery while enhancing your leadership capabilities.
