At PwC our people in sustainability focus on integrating environmental social economic and governance considerations into business strategies and operations. They provide guidance and support to organisations by managing sustainability risks identifying opportunities and driving positive social and environmental impact.

In sustainability strategy at PwC you will analyse client needs provide consulting services across different strategic areas and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their sustainability objectives.

Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Sustainability Strategy team you will drive innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes and embed sustainability principles into infrastructure delivery. As a Manager you will mentor top-performing teams guiding them through the complexities of capital project lifecycles while maintaining alignment with ESG commitments. This position provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sustainable infrastructure and make a lasting impact in the industry.

  • Familiarity with Engineering & Construction sector challenges
  • Evaluating and optimizing capital program lifecycles
  • Experience with business process redesign and technology platforms
  • Knowledge of risk analysis and advanced modeling techniques
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools for project insights
  • Understanding of sustainability integration in infrastructure programs
  • Experience supporting supply chain assessments and process design
