Role Overview We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online operations for XPPen India. This role will involve close coordination with external agencies handling Amazon, Flipkart, SEO, and website management , ensuring that every product listing and campaign runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations with partner agencies for Amazon, Flipkart, and SEO .
Create and maintain product listings across all platforms — ensuring accuracy in titles, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
Develop and upload A+ content (enhanced brand pages, visuals, comparison charts, banners) in coordination with design and content teams.
Work with SEO agency to execute on-page and product-level optimization strategies.
Track marketplace analytics — including sales trends, rankings, keyword performance, and reviews — and prepare actionable reports.
Ensure pricing, inventory, and product availability are accurate across all channels.
Support new product launches, sale campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Maintain consistent product data and brand representation across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online retail.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central , Flipkart Seller Hub , and CMS tools (Shopify / WordPress preferred).
Experience with A+ content creation and coordination with SEO or marketing agencies .
Strong organizational and communication skills with a high sense of ownership.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
