Ecommerce Manager

Job Purpose :

To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Q Commerce Channels and other Marketplaces by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Account Management & Strategy

• Own the business performance for Marketplaces – revenue, margin, and market share.
• Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion.
• Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales.
